Whiskey on the Tracks are delighted to join the Railway Preservation Society of Ireland's, Marble City Special, as we travel back in time and board a steam train for a unique whiskey tasting experience.

Take your seat, sit back, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds along our journey to Kilkenny.

Our journey today brings us from Dublin Connolly to Kilkenny, departing at 10:22 and arriving into Kilkenny at approximately 12:40.

Upon arrival in Kilkenny passengers will make their way to the theatre of Langton’s Hotel for lunch, created especially for today. While here they will enjoy a truly special Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey Experience, where we will enjoy a deconstruction of the world famous Very Rare blend and try component parts of the whiskey ranging in age from 18 to 31 years old!! Yes…. 31 years old!

After lunch now our passengers will have some free time to explore the wonderful Kilkenny City.

With our fabulous afternoon in Kilkenny now drawing to a close, passengers will make their way back to the station where we will depart at 16:00, arriving back in Dublin Connolly at 18:30.
